Hangzhou Yueding Industry Co., Ltd. occupies the plant area of 4,300 m2, and is located in Yuhang Economic and Technological Development Zone in the northern suburb of Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province. The Zone is in the southeast to Tangqi Town, an ancient town in the south of Yangtze River, with superior natural ecological environment and convenient water and land transportation network. The whole Zone is a modern garden zone with high technology and environmental protection and energy saving.

From the plant site selection to the construction of production workshops, the company team has studied several high-standard technological zones and we have invested huge labor and resources.The plant is totally free of pollution within 3km of surrounding environment, is of high afforestation standard and urban accessibility.We have Class 100,000 cleanness of purification workshop, sterility test room, air shower purification preparation room, and raw material disinfection room, full-automatic nursing pad production lines and product testing centers.In the production workshop, specified antibacterial materials are employed. It is difficult to dust on the resin floor, so as to avoid bacterial breeding and accumulation. Walls, columns and roof are wrapped by clean plates with antibacterial coating, and double-layer windows are set between the air conditioning area and non-air conditioning area, to completely seal the clean zone. The workshop environment is controlled by the clean air coditioning system withfiltering, timed ventilation and ozone sterilization. The workshop is sterilized with ozone in full space every week and starts level 3 filtering and ventilation 12~15 times every hour.

We have introduced advanced automatic assembly line production equipment, to be able to produce wide medical nursing pads with several sizes, with the daily capacity up to 60,000 pieces for single assembly line. Main raw materials are uncoiled with one pull and one control by frequency converter, with tension controlled and neat appearance. During the production the crashing ratio of medium fluff pulp can reach 99%. Cotton core and macromolecule can be adjusted automatically. The rectification device is particularly installed on the assembly line, to produce quality products. Large automatic dust collection equipment is used to ensure each nursing pad meets the medical device production standard.
